The question was:

Defending team has a direct free kick on their own penalty spot. The kick is taken and hits an attacker standing inside the penalty arc and rebounds into the defender's goal. What is the proper re-start.

The free kick is retaken, at the penalty mark. 33% of Pollers got it right...

Because the kick is being taken at the penalty mark, the penalty arc on a properly marked field demarcates ten yards from the ball (Law 1 - The Field of Play) which is the required distance that all opponents must be during a free kick (Law 13 - Free Kicks). Because the opponent is obviously infringing the required distance, the correct restart is for the kick to be retaken.
